What are necklace sizes?

All of our products have the length of the necklace in the description and if you scroll down to the product additional information you can find more details. Here is a picture to help you understand where a typical length will hang on you.

How can I measure my ring size?
All of our rings will state the ring size in the USA standard. You can measure your ring size at home.

You will need:

  • a metric ruler
  • a strip of paper
  • a pen or pencil

Step 1: Curl the strip of paper around the ring position on the finger you want to measure.

Step 2: Mark the position where the edge of the strip touches the rest of the paper.

Step 3: Flatten the paper and measure from the edge to the mark you made. Take your measurement in millimeters and find the value in the Perimeter column of the chart and find your size in the USA Size column.

How do you ship, and what is the price?

Shipping costs vary depending on your exact location and shipping option.

Why didn't my shipment come in one package?

We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, Malaysia and Singapore). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually from different fulfillment centers. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. Therefore, the partial shipment could be applied to customers’ order.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship only to United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

How do you ship?

We ship orders oversea by mail service.

After finishing processing your order, we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. After arriving in the United States, it will be handled by the US Postal Service. So please kindly contact the US Post Office to get further status.

Do you offer FREE shipping?

Yes, we offer FREE shipping on orders over $50, not including taxes. If your order includes any free items that require a shipping charge, these are excluded from the free shipping calculation.

What are 'Quick Ship' items?

Quick Ship are items that we stock in our fulfillment center in Canton, Georgia. These items are sent to you by First Class US Mail, so you can get them quickly in 2-3 days.

How long will my order take to be delivered

The shipping time will depend on your exact location. However, it usually takes only 9–18 business days for shipping to the US.

For products that are Quick Ship eligible, they ship from our fulfillment center in Canton, Georgia by First Class US mail. For most locations in the US, they should arrive in 2-3 days.

How can I track my order?

We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email that you filled down when placing your orders. This email will also guide you on how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receiving that email.

When will my tracking information appear?

You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment was handed over to us, i.e. once the shipment has left the fulfillment center of your online shop.

Why can't I track my order on your website?

Please note that the tracking information will be displayed after 2-5 days after being updated.

For the first time, it may take a few minutes to get the information from the carrier.

Therefore, sometimes you can not find information about your package, please track again later.

Why is my shipment status unchanged?

Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs.

Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started the shipping process.

How can I pay for my order?

We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Apple Pay, Google Chrome Payments or via Credit card, Debit card with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, or JCB brand. So you can choose the most suitable one for you. All products are listed in US Dollar, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing order.

Returns and Refunds

How do I get a refund?

We’re sorry your item did not work out for you or arrived damaged. We want you to be 100% satisfied. Please contact us and we will get you a replacement or arrange for a refund.

If you call outside of normal business hours for the Eastern time zone of the United States, you can leave a voice mail message.
